THE TENANT GRIFFIN STORY

Over the years of managing our own and other investors’ properties, we have come across many different types of tenants – the good, the bad, and the ugly. One day, we decided that we have enough of these rogue tenants, and started keeping a list of these tenants.

Shortly after, we realized that other landlords like ourselves also face challenges when renting their properties to bad tenants, and that a centralized database of bad tenants is needed. This marks the birth of Tenant Griffin. Tenant Griffin aims to provide a fast, simple, and affordable way to screen prospective tenants.

With access to the track record of each and every Griffins, landlords like yourself are now able to make informed decisions on whether to impose additional conditions of lease to the Griffins or to refuse to rent properties to them altogether. You now possess information of the Griffin that comes knocking on your door, wanting to rent property from you.
