We believe that investment in real estate is supposed to be passive. Once you have bought a property and rented it out to a tenant, you can sit back, relax and watch the rental coming in every month. However, that's not the case.
Over the years of managing our own and other investors' properties, we have seen many different types of tenants - the good, the bad, and the ugly.
